Secure by Design, Proven in the Cloud: Acclaim's SaaS Platform Is Ready for the US and EU

Acclaim's cloud-based SaaS platform is now ready for enterprise buyers in the US and Europe. The company has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination of its SaaS platform and achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, both conducted by independent auditor A-LIGN.

Acclaim's enterprise on-premises configuration has always been secure by design: it runs inside the customer's own infrastructure, under the customer's own control framework. The SaaS version now carries the same assurance, independently proven. Banks, lenders, collection agencies and telecom operators in the US and EU can choose the deployment model that suits them without trading speed for security.

Two ways to deploy, one commitment to security

On-premises: secure by design. For institutions with strict data mandates, Acclaim deploys inside the customer's own environment. Call audio, transcripts and outcome data stay within the customer's perimeter, governed by the customer's own security stack.

SaaS: now proven secure. For teams that want to launch fast without running infrastructure, the cloud platform delivers the same voice AI agents as a service. The SOC 2 Type II examination confirms that its security controls did not just look right on paper, but operated effectively across a full observation window.

Built to match the US and EU buyers’ requirements

In the US, a SOC 2 Type II report is the standard first ask in enterprise security reviews. In Europe, ISO/IEC 27001 is the reference standard for information security, widely used by financial institutions as evidence when assessing ICT third-party risk.

Holding both means one consistent body of evidence for either market. ISO/IEC 27001 shows that security is managed as a system, with risk assessment, documented policies, internal audits and management review. SOC 2 Type II shows that the controls behind it work in practice. For buyers, that translates into shorter security reviews and a faster path from pilot to production.

"Enterprises in regulated industries have always been able to run Acclaim inside their own infrastructure, secure by design," said Valentin Dedkov, co-founder and COO at Acclaim. "Now our SaaS platform carries the same assurance, independently audited. Teams in the US and Europe can launch on Acclaim in the cloud and move through security review with the evidence they need."

"Congratulations to Acclaim for earning their SOC 2 attestation and ISO/IEC 27001 certification, which is a widely recognized signal of trust and security," said Steve Simmons, COO of A-LIGN. "It's great to work with organizations like Acclaim who understand the value of expertise in driving an efficient audit and the importance of a high-quality final report."
